This session provides an overview of suicide prevalence, risk factors, assessment tools, prevention strategies & action plans.
This course is intended for care managers and other practice team in primary care or ambulatory care setting implementing the collaborative care model. This recorded material is available for nursing and social work enduring continuing education credits.

- Review risk factors and protective factors for suicide
- Discuss suicide prevention strategies
- Assessing for suicide risk
- How to create a treatment plan for a suicidal patient
